That's exactly why we created Strong Moms — a 4-week strength and wellness program designed specifically for moms at every stage of motherhood.
Whether you're newly postpartum, chasing toddlers, balancing teenagers, or simply ready to prioritize yourself again, Strong Moms was built to meet you exactly where you are.
What Is Strong Moms?
Strong Moms is a 4-week guided program that combines coached strength training, expert wellness education, and community support — all in one place.
This isn't just a workout program. It's a reset. A chance to feel stronger, more confident, and more energized both inside and outside the gym.
What's Included
Guided Strength Training Participants meet 3 times per week for coach-led strength training sessions in a welcoming, supportive environment. Sessions are designed for all fitness levels — no experience needed.
2 Special Wellness Workshops Throughout the month you'll hear from two incredible local wellness professionals:
Dr. Danielle from Cultivate Pelvic Health and Physical Therapy — because pelvic health matters and nobody talks about it enough
Laura Kilcline, Registered Dietitian & Nutritionist from Pivot Nutrition — practical nutrition guidance that actually fits into a busy mom's life
