Our Kids Care program gives parents the opportunity to focus on their workout while their children are in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment nearby.

KIDS CARE

Designed to make your routine easier.

Our team creates a welcoming space where children can feel comfortable and cared for while you work out. 

Hours:
Mon - Thu: 9:30am - 11:30am & 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Fri: 9:30am - 11:30am 

Sat & Sun: 8:00am - 11:00am

Ages & Daily Time

Kids Care is available for children ages 9 months to 11 years old. Each child may attend for up to 90 minutes per day while parents use the facility.

Membership Access

Kids Care is included with most memberships and can also be added to any membership for $10 per month, per child.

Parent Guidelines

Parents or guardians must remain inside the OSCW building while their child is in Kids Care. Availability is first come, first served and dependent on staffing.

Health & Safety

To help keep Kids Care safe and healthy for all families, children who are sick or showing symptoms of illness should remain home until symptom free for at least 24 hours without medication.

SUMMER CAMPS

A summer full of fun, movement and creativity.

Our Tiny Tots Summer Camps give children the opportunity to stay active, make friends, explore new themes, and have fun in a supportive environment throughout the summer.

Each week features a different themed experience filled with activities, movement, games, crafts, and opportunities for creativity and connection.

​

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Training designed for young athletes.

Our Sports Performance program helps middle school and high school athletes build strength, improve speed and agility, and develop confidence in a supportive coaching environment.

​

Athletes work with experienced coaches through structured sessions focused on movement, conditioning, injury prevention, and overall athletic development for all sports.
