Yes! We ask that all members sign up ahead of time through the OSCW app. This helps our instructors prepare and ensures everyone gets the best experience possible.

What should I bring to my first class?

Accepted Answer

Just yourself and a willingness to move! Here's what we recommend:
Water bottle — stay hydrated throughout class
Comfortable workout clothes — anything you can move freely in
Sneakers — a supportive athletic shoe works great
A small towel — optional, we have spray and disposable wipes throughout the gym to keep equipment clean

We provide most of the equipment you'll need so there's no need to bring anything extra for your first class.

For yoga classes — you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, but we have mats available to loan if you don't have one yet.

If you have any questions before you arrive don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help you feel prepared and comfortable before your first visit.

What if I can't make it to a class I signed up for?

Accepted Answer

Please cancel your spot as soon as you know you can't attend in the OSCW app. This opens your spot for members on the waitlist and respects the time your instructor puts into preparing each class.
