Iron Maiden? No, not that one. 🤘

Our Iron Maiden strength training program is back for another round, and we couldn't be more excited. Our first groups made huge strides, and we're proud of everything they accomplished. Now it's your turn.

Early bird pricing ends October 28. Sign up now to lock in $350.

What is Iron Maiden?

Iron Maiden is an 8-week, small group strength training program that teaches you how to lift with barbells, step by step. It's a progressive reintroduction to weight training: we start where you are and build from there, one week at a time.

You'll learn how to lift, why each lift matters, and how to train with confidence on your own. And you'll do it with a group cheering you on the whole way.

Is it only for women?

No. Iron Maiden is open to anyone who wants to learn barbell training.

We originally built the program for women who wanted to push their boundaries and learn the how and what of strength training. That's still at the heart of it. But the name is just a name, and everyone is welcome.

Meet your coach

Our own Kathleen Brown will lead this round of Iron Maiden. Her goal is simple: inspire and educate you on the benefits of weight training, so you leave stronger and more confident than when you started.

What's included

  • 8 weeks: November 9 through December 31

  • One coached session per week with Kathleen, on Mondays or Wednesdays

  • Two additional workouts per week delivered in the TrainHeroic app, so you can keep progressing between sessions

  • A small group of people learning right alongside you

Session times will be announced as groups fill.

Why strength training?

Lifting weights isn't just about getting strong in the gym. Regular strength training helps build and maintain muscle and bone, supports your joints, and makes everyday life easier, from carrying groceries to keeping up with your kids.

Most of all, it builds confidence. There's nothing quite like adding weight to the bar and realizing you can do more than you thought.

You don't need to feel ready

Never touched a barbell? Not sure where to start? Perfect. You don't need to feel confident before you start. That's part of what we're here to help you build.
