Fall Into Fitness Challenge 2026

Summer was fun.
Now it’s time to get back to work.
Our 6-Week Fall Into Fitness Challenge is built for people who are ready to stop guessing and start seeing measurable results.
Program will start Monday, September 21 and run until Saturday, October 31st.
Investment
Members: $424.99
Non-Members: $497.00
Here’s what you get:
Before & After Mediana Body Composition Scan
Courtesy of Mike Evangelista and South County Supplements, you’ll receive a professional body composition analysis before and after the challenge.
We’ll measure:
Body Weight
Body Fat %
Body Mass Index (BMI)
Visceral Fat
Segmental Lean Muscle Mass
Skeletal Muscle Mass
Our goal?
We want to see body fat, visceral fat, and excess weight decrease… while skeletal muscle mass increases. That’s real progress—not just a number on the scale.
Coaching Included
For six weeks you’ll train with an Ocean State Community Wellness coach twice per week in our Small Group Personal Training program.
You’ll also receive:
Unlimited Open Gym
Unlimited Group Classes
Personalized programming for non-training days if your coach feels it’s appropriate
No wondering what to do when you walk in.
No guessing.
Just a plan and coaches who hold you accountable every step of the way.
Nutrition Made Easy
We’ve partnered with Go Nutre to take the guesswork out of eating.
Their chef-prepared meals are high in protein, calorie-conscious, clearly labeled, and ready to go.
As a Challenge participant you’ll receive:
40% OFF your first week’s order
25% OFF every order for the remaining five weeks
One less excuse. One more tool to help you succeed.
We’ve watched members make incredible transformations through this program because they finally put all the pieces together—training, nutrition, accountability, and consistency.
The formula works.
The only question is…
Are you ready to?
Fill out our form to learn more here or stop by the Front Desk. The Fall is coming whether you participate or not. You might as well arrive stronger than you are today.
Always Moving Forward.
